We are very excited to have this month's special guest speakers, including former Congressman Barry Goldwater Jr. to offer expert insight into hemp industry in Arizona as well as tips for prepping for next season including better seed selection, genetics, as well as in-depth looks into what to do with your harvest through processing and product manufacturing. Special Genetics Breakout Session — Are You Willing To Bet The Farm?
With so many important things to consider when it comes to farming hemp, arguably the most critical decision is selecting your genetics and how you'll plant them. Seeds, seedlings or clones? Fair question and there are really no wrong answers here as long as you know for sure what you have and how to manage it. The list of genetics and suppliers on the market is endless. It is quickly becoming more difficult to decipher who is a legitimate supplier that you can trust as well as what products are viable that will help you meet your goals.
Dr. Hope Jones and the Adivina Biosciences team can address these issues and many more to help you take some of the guesswork out of the equation. In collaboration with HITA-AZ, Adivina’s straight-shooting team of horticultural scientists and business professionals will be presenting an insightful breakout session, “Are You Willing To Bet The Farm?” at HITA Hemp Mixer on February 20th starting at 6:00 pm upstairs at Wasted Grain, in Scottsdale.
